Strawberry Marshmallow Dessert
- 15 graham crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup confectioners sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 8-ounce marshmallows
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
- 1 pint sweetened strawberries
Combine first 3 ingredients; press into a 9 inch-baking dish, reserving 2 tablespoons mixture for topping.
Heat marshmallows in milk until melted; cool.
Add cream; lightly fold in berries.Sprinkle reserved crumbs over top; chill before serving.
Serving Options. Top with sliced Strawberries and drizzle with Chocolate. Or layer in dessert glasses.
