Chocolate Whipped Cream
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon creme de cacao
In a cup, combine the powdered sugar and cocoa powder.
In a medium bowl, using an electric mixer on high speed, whip the cream until soft peaks. Fold in the dry ingredients. Fold in the creme de cacao.
Chill for 30 minutes before using.
